TWO PRINCIPLES. ONE PERSONAL ADVANTAGE.

Professorial expertise. Shared openly.

Led by professors.

We select only professors of plastic and aesthetic surgery. They demonstrate, guide your hand and give immediate, personal feedback.

No competition for your patients.

Your teachers do not compete with you for patients. This is a firm selection criterion: practical experience shared openly, without competing commercial interests in relation to participants.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR LEARNING

Subtle refinements in hand technique. Practical insights shared first-hand. Clinical decisions explained personally and explored in guided exercises. Space for the questions that matter in your own practice.

Our selection criteria
THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE TECHNIQUE

Experience that
guides your hand.

The distinctive quality of our masterclasses lies in personal access to professorial experience: precisely demonstrated, directly shared and made tangible in your own practical development.

01PROFESSOR-LED

Decades of experience. For your next step.

Selected professors of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery lead the curriculum. They share clinical reasoning, anatomical detail and the subtle decisions that make a movement precise. Personal questions are part of the teaching.

02PERSONALLY GUIDED

Hands-on guidance. Direct correction.

Your professor guides you directly through practice: demonstrating, working through a movement together, refining hand position and reflecting on the next step. Small learning groups create room for individual attention. Simulation and approved practice reflect your experience.

03INDEPENDENTLY TAUGHT

Open knowledge transfer. Independent teaching.

Our teaching philosophy is built on independence: professors who no longer compete economically for your patients share their experience openly. Your progress, clinical judgment and responsible precision are central.

You leave with a personally reasoned treatment plan, direct competence feedback, a complete equipment checklist and clear next learning goals. This individual attention defines the entire masterclass.

Meet our teaching philosophy

The specific faculty and their documented qualifications are identified before your binding booking. Practical patient treatments require individual suitability, consent and local approval.

THE COMPLETE TEACHING CONCEPT

Every detail matters.
In your education, too.

Foundations, advanced learning and sensitive topics are clearly labelled. The teaching formats distinguish theoretical discussion, case analysis and individually guided practice.

FoundationsAdvanced studyHigh-risk case analysisEvidence review
01

Facial anatomy & functional muscle anatomy

Foundations

General facial anatomy, functional muscle relationships, individual expression, asymmetries and baseline findings. A reasoned plan considers suitable patients, alternatives and when to refrain from treatment.

Teaching formatFoundations & case planning
02

Forehead, crow’s feet & glabellar lines

Foundations

Horizontal forehead lines, lateral canthal lines and glabellar lines form the foundational regional topics. Functional assessment connects with selected, individually approved supervised exercises.

Teaching formatFoundational knowledge & selected supervised practice

Assessment is specific to the product, indication and course country; any required off-label context is clinically reviewed before the event.

03

Dynamic lower eyelid region

Advanced study

Advanced case analysis of the lower eyelid with differentiated indication assessment. Limitations, risks and the option of avoiding treatment are central.

Teaching formatAdvanced case analysis

Assessment is specific to the product, indication and course country; any required off-label context is clinically reviewed before the event.

04

Nasal region & nasal tip

Advanced study

The dynamics of the nasal region, including the nasal tip, are considered anatomically and through cases. This is an advanced topic with individual limitations.

Teaching formatAdvanced clinical context

Assessment is specific to the product, indication and course country; any required off-label context is clinically reviewed before the event.

05

Gummy Smile & Bunny Lines

Advanced study

Increased gingival exposure when smiling and dynamic nasal lines are discussed as distinct topics. Anatomical findings, treatment goals and indication-specific limitations remain separate.

Teaching formatAnatomy & case discussion

Assessment is specific to the product, indication and course country; any required off-label context is clinically reviewed before the event.

06

Chronic migraine

Advanced study

Chronic migraine is considered as a separate indication-specific advanced topic. There is no generalisation to all headaches and no promise of a cure.

Teaching formatIndication-specific theory

Assessment is specific to the product, indication and course country; any required off-label context is clinically reviewed before the event.

07

Hyperhidrosis

Advanced study

Excessive sweating, particularly in the axillary region, is addressed as a separate advanced topic. Selection, limitations and product-specific requirements are considered through cases.

Teaching formatIndication-specific advanced study

Assessment is specific to the product, indication and course country; any required off-label context is clinically reviewed before the event.

08

Hair loss & critical appraisal

Evidence review

Critical review of studies on androgenetic alopecia. Differing findings in limited studies support a considered appraisal of evidence; the topic is not presented as an established routine treatment or a guarantee of success.

Teaching formatEvidence review
09

Compare products & understand prescribing information

Foundations

Assess products through prescribing information, indication, package size and traceable sourcing. Teaching addresses product-specific reconstitution, permitted diluents, handling, shelf life and storage as clinically supervised learning objectives; units from different products are not assumed to be interchangeable.

Teaching formatProduct knowledge

Assessment is specific to the product, indication and course country; any required off-label context is clinically reviewed before the event.

10

Concentration, volume & individual planning

Foundations

The relationship between concentration, administered volume, physician-led dose planning and intended effect is a supervised learning objective. Injection plane, angle and muscle-specific planning are considered individually; no dosing tables or standardised injection maps are provided publicly.

Teaching formatClinically supervised learning objectives
11

Needles, syringes & controlled handling

Foundations

Assess suitable instruments by scale, readability, dead space and handling. Reproducible workflows and separation of training and patient materials support guided exercises.

Teaching formatDemonstration & guided exercises
12

Procurement, storage & traceability

Foundations

Supply chains, stock, expiry and batch management, and documented handling of opened materials. Cost-conscious ordering connects with quality and traceable procurement.

Teaching formatMaterial & practice organisation
13

Hands-on guidance & professorial feedback

Foundations

The professor demonstrates, guides hand movement and provides immediate correction. Simulation and individually approved exercises reflect prior experience, suitability and local requirements. Personal feedback records activities actually practised and their development.

Teaching formatHands-on simulation & individually approved practice
14

Unexpected results, complications & follow-up

Foundations

Cases help identify unexpected findings, assess urgency and connect them with clear clinical escalation pathways. Planned reviews, documentation and responsible follow-up form part of the treatment concept.

Teaching formatSafety-based case work
15

Patient preparation, informed consent & documentation

Foundations

Structure the medical history and expectations, establish treatment goals and explain alternatives. Document baseline findings, product and batch information, procedures, follow-up and reviews clearly. Consent for treatment, teaching, image use and marketing remains separate.

Teaching formatCase work & documentation planning
16

Hygiene as a reproducible process

Foundations

Distinguish hand, skin and surface disinfection, assess suitable materials against manufacturer instructions and prevent contamination. Clean and used materials, as well as practice and patient materials, are organised separately.

Teaching formatFoundations & guided workflows
17

Equipment, costs & reliable organisation

Foundations

Plan essential and optional initial equipment, material use, storage losses, staffing, premises and follow-up together. Cost planning considers applicable billing, overheads and realistic review requirements without promising specific margins.

Teaching formatPractice planning & financial context
18

Positioning & responsible communication

Foundations

Build positioning around demonstrable competence, transparent information and reliable follow-up. Consider websites and social media in relation to factual claims, personal rights and local advertising rules. A personal practice development plan brings together equipment, documentation, costs, reviews and emergency organisation.

Teaching formatReflection & personal practice development plan
Discussing a region does not authorise independent treatment. Live activities require an appropriate individual competence level, medical suitability, consent and fulfilment of local requirements. Treating responsibility, supervision, insurance, documentation, follow-up and escalation pathways are established before the course begins.

The curriculum connects professorial experience with your personal development. Practical approvals and specific arrangements are confirmed individually.
