The focus is on professional case reflection and consolidating your learning. Duration, the service start date and scheduling arrangements are confirmed personally before booking.
Case discussions are not an emergency or on-call service and do not replace patient examination or the treating physician’s responsibility. Please do not send identifiable patient information by email.
Access requires documented successful completion of a masterclass. A package arranged in advance is activated on the agreed date once its prerequisites have been met.
Start and end dates are explicitly confirmed before a binding agreement. The duration is three or six calendar months and does not automatically begin on the payment date.
Each appointment lasts 15 minutes. The two or five appointments take place within the agreed service period. Unused minutes do not create additional appointments.
Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation terms are defined before activation. Provider cancellations do not consume your allowance. Arrangements for unavailable appointments are agreed personally.
No 24/7 availability or promise of an immediate response. If acute symptoms or a suspected complication occur, do not wait for a video appointment: arrange appropriate local medical care immediately. Guidance is not insurance or an assumption of liability.
