Your questions.
Our answers.
The essentials about participation, programmes and your personal path to a masterclass.
Who are the masterclasses for?
For physicians with a valid medical licence or equivalent professional registration. Credentials are reviewed before acceptance. Additional local requirements may apply to practical activities.
How do enquiries and bookings work?
Email contact@mastercourseaesthetics.com with your preferred course, location and professional background. Questions, credential review, acceptance and the subsequent booking process are personally coordinated through this email address. An enquiry is non-binding and creates neither a confirmed place nor a payment obligation. There is no waiting list.
Are the displayed prices binding?
Displayed amounts are indicative fees in EUR. The binding total, tax treatment, scope of services and terms will be provided in your personal offer before booking.
What distinguishes the services included in my masterclass?
Eight teaching hours per day with professorial leadership, hands-on guidance and immediate personal feedback. Digital preparation, standard materials for confirmed exercises, course materials, a complete equipment checklist and an individual development plan are also included. Documentation reflects the course requirements actually fulfilled. Travel, accommodation and optional services are included only when expressly agreed.
What are the requirements for Masterclass Plus?
Masterclass Plus requires successful Compact completion and an individual suitability review. The Compact qualifications required for each Plus programme are personally confirmed before a binding booking. Attending a Compact course alone does not automatically result in acceptance.
Are dates and venues already confirmed?
Course dates are published on each location page. Choose your location, programme and a listed date. Venue, faculty, teaching language and practical format are confirmed personally before a binding booking. The website language does not guarantee the teaching language.
When does the Advanced Surgical Pathway become accessible?
Documented successful completion of both Compact masterclasses, Botulinum Toxin and Hyaluronic Acid, is required. Only then may you apply for the advanced modules. Review and personal acceptance remain necessary; no automatic booking entitlement arises. Coordination takes place via contact@mastercourseaesthetics.com.
What documentation will I receive after the course?
Documentation reflects actual attendance or successful fulfilment of course requirements. A masterclass does not confer an academic degree, specialist qualification or additional licence to practise. CME credits are stated only when formally documented for the specific course.
What does Alumni Clinical Support include?
After documented successful course completion, you can arrange three months of support with up to two or six months with up to five scheduled 15-minute video consultations, subject to availability. Indicative fees: €599 or €999. Start date and terms are agreed personally. Case consultation is not an emergency service and does not provide 24/7 availability.
How long is a course day?
A course day comprises eight full teaching hours plus one hour of breaks: nine hours in total. Professor-led demonstration, hands-on guidance and personal feedback are central. Masterclass Plus includes three such days: 24 hours of teaching and three hours of breaks. A 09:00–18:00 rhythm is illustrative only; your actual times are personally coordinated.
What does hands-on guidance mean?
Your professor guides you directly through practical exercises: demonstrating, supporting hand movement and providing immediate feedback on positioning and execution. Small learning groups create room for personal questions and correction. Simulation and individually approved practice reflect your knowledge; patient treatments additionally require suitability, consent and local authorisation.
What makes the professorial teaching independent?
Our teaching model centres on professors who no longer compete economically for participants’ patients. Their experience can therefore be shared openly without that conflict of interest. Clinical judgment, technical detail and your personal development are central. The specific faculty and their documented qualifications are identified before a binding booking.
Will I be able to perform every listed treatment after one day?
A Compact course provides foundations and selected skills practised under guidance. Complex or particularly high-risk topics may be covered through theory and case discussion only. Discussing a region does not authorise practical treatment. Your demonstrated competence, any further training required and the permissions applicable at the treatment location remain decisive.
Does the starter material package include three months of support?
The starter material package includes three months of support with a total of two video consultations of 15 minutes each. The same support package is not charged again and does not create a second consultation allowance. Availability and the exact scope of the material package are confirmed in your personal offer. Booking follows personal acceptance.
When do the three or six months of support begin and end?
The start and end dates are stated explicitly in your personal offer before a binding booking. The duration is calculated in calendar months, rather than as a fixed 90 or 180 days. Support begins after documented successful course completion on the personally agreed date. An advance purchase or payment does not automatically activate support. Agreed consultations must take place within the confirmed period.
Will I receive an aesthetic treatment myself as a participant?
Receiving a treatment yourself is not automatically included in course participation. If this option is offered, it is voluntary, requires a medical assessment and is separate from your role as a learner. Individual suitability, separate informed consent and local requirements still apply. Booking a course also does not guarantee that you will treat patients yourself or perform a particular number of injections.
Do I have to buy additional materials or a support package?
No. Standard materials planned for the confirmed core curriculum form part of its stated scope. Additional materials and alumni support are optional additions, not hidden requirements for those teaching activities. Extra materials do not automatically provide more practice time or broader permission to treat. Any requested addition is agreed separately in your personal offer.
What happens if an event is cancelled or I need to reschedule?
You receive the cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for your specific event before a binding booking. These also address cancellation by the organiser and the consequences for linked additional services or support packages that have not yet been activated. Arrangements are discussed personally via contact@mastercourseaesthetics.com.
