Masterclass Plus requires successful Compact completion and a personal suitability review. We explain which Compact courses are required for your chosen focus during admissions, before binding registration.

TWO PRINCIPLES. ONE PERSONAL ADVANTAGE.

Professorial expertise. Shared openly.

Led by professors.

We select only professors of plastic and aesthetic surgery. They demonstrate, guide your hand and give immediate, personal feedback.

No competition for your patients.

Your teachers do not compete with you for patients. This is a firm selection criterion: practical experience shared openly, without competing commercial interests in relation to participants.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR LEARNING

Subtle refinements in hand technique. Practical insights shared first-hand. Clinical decisions explained personally and explored in guided exercises. Space for the questions that matter in your own practice.

Our selection criteria
THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE TECHNIQUE

Experience that
guides your hand.

The distinctive quality of our masterclasses lies in personal access to professorial experience: precisely demonstrated, directly shared and made tangible in your own practical development.

01PROFESSOR-LED

Decades of experience. For your next step.

Selected professors of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery lead the curriculum. They share clinical reasoning, anatomical detail and the subtle decisions that make a movement precise. Personal questions are part of the teaching.

02PERSONALLY GUIDED

Hands-on guidance. Direct correction.

Your professor guides you directly through practice: demonstrating, working through a movement together, refining hand position and reflecting on the next step. Small learning groups create room for individual attention. Simulation and approved practice reflect your experience.

03INDEPENDENTLY TAUGHT

Open knowledge transfer. Independent teaching.

Our teaching philosophy is built on independence: professors who no longer compete economically for your patients share their experience openly. Your progress, clinical judgment and responsible precision are central.

You leave with a personally reasoned treatment plan, direct competence feedback, a complete equipment checklist and clear next learning goals. This individual attention defines the entire masterclass.

Meet our teaching philosophy

The specific faculty and their documented qualifications are identified before your binding booking. Practical patient treatments require individual suitability, consent and local approval.

THE COMPLETE TEACHING CONCEPT

Every detail matters.
In your education, too.

Foundations, advanced learning and sensitive topics are clearly labelled. The teaching formats distinguish theoretical discussion, case analysis and individually guided practice.

FoundationsAdvanced studyHigh-risk case analysisEvidence review
01

Advanced anatomy & complex findings

Advanced study

Facial diagnostics, individual proportions and complex baseline findings deepen clinical assessment. Personal features, limits and reasoned treatment goals inform an individual plan.

Teaching formatAdvanced analysis & individual case planning
02

Haute Couture Facial Aesthetics

Advanced study

Individual facial and proportional analysis, prioritisation of treatment goals and preservation of personal features. Staged planning, combinations of separate interventions and reasoned outcome assessment explore the limits of standardised concepts.

Teaching formatProgramme focus & case work

A programme focus on individual case planning. The title does not denote a standardised treatment procedure or guarantee outcomes.

03

Goldene Nase

High-risk case analysis

A teaching module in aesthetic nasal analysis and responsible planning. Indication limits, alternatives and risk-based case work are developed through expert demonstration and simulation.

Teaching formatNasal analysis, demonstration & simulation

The focus is on anatomical analysis, indication limits, alternatives and simulation. The module title does not denote a distinct standard procedure or guarantee ideal proportions.

04

Combined facial concepts

Advanced study

Bring together different interventions as separate, reasoned steps within an overall plan. Priorities, timing, follow-up and outcome assessment are considered through complex cases.

Teaching formatAdvanced case planning
05

Individual supervision & approved practice

Advanced study

Expert demonstrations, simulation and selected practical tasks are matched to documented experience. Live patient treatments require separate suitability assessment, consent and local authorisation.

Teaching formatDemonstration & individually approved exercises
06

Complication simulation & decision limits

High-risk case analysis

Complex safety cases and escalation decisions are considered systematically. The programme develops judgment about avoiding treatment, seeking further training and referring to appropriately experienced colleagues.

Teaching formatSafety-based simulation & reflection
07

Final case & personal development plan

Advanced study

Documented case planning, feedback on skills actually practised and an individual next learning step. Documentation reflects fulfilled course requirements; comprehensive mastery after three days is not promised.

Teaching formatFinal case & individual feedback
Discussing a region does not authorise independent treatment. Live activities require an appropriate individual competence level, medical suitability, consent and fulfilment of local requirements. Treating responsibility, supervision, insurance, documentation, follow-up and escalation pathways are established before the course begins.

The curriculum connects professorial experience with your personal development. Practical approvals and specific arrangements are confirmed individually.

8 TEACHING HOURS + 1 HOUR OF BREAKS

Three days of advanced case planning

Three course days with eight teaching hours and one hour of breaks each: 24 hours of teaching, three hours of breaks and 27 hours in total. 09:00–18:00 is an illustrative daily rhythm. Actual times and individual practical formats are personally coordinated for your course date.

An illustrative daily rhythm · actual times are personally confirmed

DAY 1e.g. 09:00–18:00

Analysis & individual planning

Advanced anatomy, facial diagnostics and complex findings. Professor-led demonstration and personally guided exercises translate analysis into an individual treatment plan.

DAY 2e.g. 09:00–18:00

Nasal analysis & indication limits

Aesthetic nasal analysis, alternatives and risk-based case work. Hands-on simulation and professor-led demonstration make the reasoning immediately tangible.
